Technical Supervisor Event Technology

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all AV media technology requirements
• Lead the technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events
• Manage quote creation, service provider coordination, and logistics planning
• Plan and achieve revenue targets for the assigned area
• Coordinate personnel scheduling in alignment with regional management
• Collaborate closely with regional leadership and sales managers to ensure quality standards

Requirements

• Training as an event technology specialist, event management professional, or a relevant degree
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology
• Initial experience in team leadership
• Strong service mindset and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English
• Flexibility regarding working hours and a sales-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Easyjob software
