Technical Supervisor Event Technology

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for hotels and end customers regarding all AV and media technology matters
• Take responsibility for the technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events
• Create professional offers and manage external service providers, including material and logistics planning
• Plan, manage, and achieve revenue targets for one or more hotel locations
• Coordinate staff scheduling in close cooperation with regional management
• Collaborate closely with regional leadership and sales managers to ensure and develop defined quality standards

Requirements

• Completed training as an event technology specialist, event management professional, or a degree in event management
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology
• Sales-oriented and economic mindset with a strong service mentality
• Experience in leading and managing staff
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• High flexibility regarding working hours
