Technical Supervisor Event Technology

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for hotels and end clients regarding all AV media technology matters
• Oversee the technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events
• Create technical offers and manage external service providers, including material and logistics planning
• Plan and manage personnel schedules in close coordination with regional management
• Drive and achieve revenue targets for one or more hotel locations
• Collaborate closely with regional leadership and sales managers to ensure quality standards

Requirements

• Completed training in event technology, event management, or a related degree
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology
• Proven experience in leading or supervising staff
• Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in German and good command of English
• High flexibility regarding working hours and a structured, responsible way of working
