Technical Supervisor Event Technology

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for hotels and end clients regarding all AV media technology matters
• Take responsibility for the technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events
• Create technical offers and manage external service providers, including material and logistics planning
• Plan, manage, and achieve revenue targets for one or more hotel locations
• Coordinate staff scheduling in close collaboration with regional management
• Work closely with regional leadership and sales managers to ensure quality standards are met and improved

Requirements

• Completed training as an event technology specialist, event management professional, or a degree in event management
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology
• Experience in leading and managing staff
• Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Sales-oriented and economic way of thinking
• Ability to work independently, structured, and responsibly
• High flexibility regarding working hours
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent German and good English language skills
