Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and resolution of deficiencies for residential housing units
• Manage Change of Occupancy requirements for vacant units
• Develop and monitor Quality Control plans, including material inspection and work verification
• Manage multi-disciplinary services including construction, HVAC, electrical, and civil works
• Supervise subcontractors and trades, including workflow, material ordering, and site orientation
• Implement and administer project Change Control Processes
• Update master schedules and report delays or deficiencies to management
• Support cost control through budget preparation and subcontractor account analysis
• Conduct six-month reviews of subcontractors and trades personnel

Requirements

• Background in building, engineering, or commercial management
• Knowledge of relevant power and hand tools
• Demonstrated experience in Health and Safety regulations
• Experience with Quality Control management planning and standards
• Proficiency with technology including smartphones, computers, and email
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
