Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Quality Control plans, including work readiness and material inspection
• Ensure commercial and contractual inputs meet Business Standards, Health and Safety, and Best Practices
• Manage multi-disciplinary skills including construction, mechanical (HVAC), electrical, civil, and building operations
• Oversee subcontractor workflow, material ordering, site orientation, and training
• Update Master Schedules daily and report delays, deficiencies, or major issues
• Support productivity and cost control through cost analyses, budgeting, and accurate pricing

Requirements

• Building, Engineering, or Commercial background
• Knowledge of relevant power and hand tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
• Experience with Quality Control Management planning and processes
• Clean Driving Abstract
• Ability to pass a clear criminal record check
