Technical Supervisor - Civil Works

Responsibilities

• Verify consistency and interference between projects to optimize technical solutions
• Supervise the execution of civil works
• Support the preparation of weekly progress reports
• Assist in field document management including daily logs and photographic reports
• Inspect the execution of foundations, structures, and finishes
• Ensure adherence to specifications and schedules
• Monitor daily physical progress in the field and resolve deviations in real time
• Analyze and validate Daily Work Records (RDOs) issued by executors
• Manage EPC construction contracts and/or civil works supply

Requirements

• Technical level education
• Solid experience in industrial projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D project software
