Technical Supervisor – Building Mechanical Works

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical supervision of building mechanical works in accordance with Hungarian legislation and project requirements
• Oversee works covered by authorization ME-G for building mechanical supervision
• Verify compliance with technical documentation, standards, and quality expectations
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and on-site project stakeholders
• Identify, report, and monitor the resolution of non-conformities
• Participate in inspections, testing activities, and project handover processes

Requirements

• Valid ME-G authorization for technical supervision of building mechanical works (valid until 21.10.2030)
• Demonstrated experience supervising mechanical installations including HVAC, piping, and building services
• Strong understanding of relevant mechanical standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Previous experience working on construction or industrial projects
