Responsibilities

• Ensure the sustainability of technical and real estate installations in compliance with group standards and legislation
• Manage preventive and curative maintenance
• Oversee technical equipment stock management
• Participate in technological and environmental monitoring
• Ensure compliance with group purchasing policies
• Organize service operations and task distribution based on activity and events
• Facilitate the transfer of skills and professional conduct within the team

Requirements

• Up-to-date technical certifications/habilitations
• Experience in electricity (low and high voltage)
• BEP / Bac Pro in electrotechnics or electromechanics
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service sensitivity
