Technical Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects for new customers
• Act as the primary technical point of contact (SPOC) post-sale
• Design tailored integrations and address technical inquiries regarding API and workflows
• Monitor account activity and collaborate with Account Managers on renewals and upsells
• Lead QBRs to report on account health and growth opportunities
• Translate customer requirements into structured feedback for Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (TSM, CSM, Solutions Consultant, or Sales Engineer)
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and technical system implementation
• Solid understanding of B2B SaaS products and business models
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French
