Technical Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and deployment of standardized products and services for new customers
• Serve as the technical expert guiding customers through API integration journeys
• Develop product expertise, customer presentations, internal runbooks, and training content
• Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal product teams
• Partner with Project Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and Account Management to execute client goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, technical onboarding, or technical support)
• Expert proficiency in REST APIs, SFTP, SQL, and Datadog
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
• Ability to manage projects independently and solve problems
• Customer-first mindset with strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in financial services or payments-related environments
• Familiarity with software integrations or fintech platforms
• Ability to read technical documentation or basic code (JSON, SQL, scripting)
• Background in training, enablement, or documentation
