Technical Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical experiences across the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization for the Metallic platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Support, and other internal teams to meet SLAs for Time To Onboard, Time To Adopt, and Time To Value.
• Drive technical outcomes directly with customers, including risk mitigation and technical enablement for new product features.
• Conduct technical evaluations of customer contexts to mitigate risk and support expansions.
• Maintain accurate customer health data and deployment status using business systems like Gainsight and Microsoft Office.
• Identify and provide technical training to customers to ensure successful product utilization.

Requirements

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in Data Protection or Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of native AWS capabilities, including Snapshot, Amazon RDS, S3 buckets, and IAM Roles.
• Solid understanding of networking, storage, computing, virtualization, and databases.
• Experience managing ambiguity in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• College degree or equivalent experience related to Data Protection.
