Technical Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with client technical stakeholders post-onboarding to drive adoption and value realization
• Develop and execute technical account roadmaps by translating business objectives into technical milestones
• Lead solution scope and design for complex customer use cases and custom integrations
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide technical guidance and issue resolution
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AppsFlyer products and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence product strategy
• Document and scale reusable technical solutions and implementation patterns
• Represent AppsFlyer at customer meetings and industry events (up to 20% travel)

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, SDE, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one programming, scripting, or query language such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with Ad tech and Martech landscapes (mobile, web, CTV, attribution, analytics)
• Experience navigating complex SaaS environments and digital advertising ecosystems
• Proven track record of influencing executive stakeholders and senior technical leadership
