Technical Studies & Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical studies activity related to client contracts, ensuring production deadlines are met
• Supervise and develop the technical team through coaching, performance management, and skill development
• Guarantee the quality and reliability of all technical studies and client solutions
• Optimize service organization and workload management
• Analyze and structure specific client requests and technical deviations
• Identify recurring technical needs to contribute to product standardization and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with industrialization, production, supply chain, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual documentation and EHS standards

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Proven successful managerial experience
• Strong technical skills in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Ability to manage complex activities within a matrix organization
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills, reactivity, and rigor

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the elevator industry or similar complex industrial environments
