About the Company

Oligo is building a manufacturing-in-the-loop foundation model to automate spacecraft design and production worldwide. Leveraging cutting edge AI-driven generative design and automated manufacturing, our team works to create the most advanced payload-specific spacecraft at scale in weeks over months.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer-facing workflows and internal platforms to streamline mission intake and program execution
  • Develop internal software to improve throughput across quoting, scheduling, and design review workflows
  • Translate external customer needs into actionable technical product requirements
  • Produce technical artifacts including demos, prototypes, specs, and documentation
  • Support business development through technical research, outreach, and deal preparation
  • Build automation and tooling to make go-to-market motions repeatable
  • Act as a high-trust extension of the CEO to drive cross-functional execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Aerospace, or a related technical field
  • Strong software engineering ability to ship end-to-end systems
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Experience with modern engineering tooling including APIs, databases, CI/CD, and Docker
  • High agency and ability to execute on ambiguous problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in startups, strategy, and business execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building customer-facing products like dashboards or automation workflows
  • Familiarity with AI/agent workflows including RAG, LLM tooling, and orchestration
  • Exposure to aerospace, robotics, manufacturing, or real-world hardware systems
  • Comfort leading technical discussions in customer-facing settings
  • Strong product taste for designing sharp and reliable workflows
