About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review manufacturers’ catalogs and selection software for compliance with AMCA publications
  • Liaise with member company marketing departments to ensure the integrity of technical marketing information
  • Participate in Standards Development by working with engineering committees to develop ANSI-accredited test standards
  • Support laboratory accreditation activities by evaluating manufacturer testing capabilities and understanding the physics behind test standards
  • Utilize data analysis, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve technical review, data handling, and operational efficiency
  • Assist in developing automated workflows and AI-assisted tools related to catalog review and test data analysis
  • Collaborate closely with laboratory technicians, engineering staff, and industry professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Direct experience with HVAC systems and selection processes
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven experience in research or managing technical projects
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical professionals and customers
