Technical Staff - Platform Architect

Responsibilities

• Drive AI software and hardware designs based on customer requirements and infrastructure needs.
• Optimize software and hardware configurations to maximize the performance and efficiency of datacenter components.
• Collaborate with external partners to develop differentiated solution architectures for Enterprise datacenter frameworks.
• Engage with high-profile customers to drive innovation at the workload, platform, and datacenter levels.
• Participate in strategic industry forums and generate intellectual property, including invention disclosures.
• Maintain multi-year technology roadmaps and host regular reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of open-source and commercial AI workflow applications and their implications for compute, network, and storage.
• Proven experience with Enterprise cluster deployments and AI workflows for training and inferencing use cases.
• Solid understanding of computer architecture, including CPUs, accelerators, networking, storage, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Strong technical documentation skills to deliver comprehensive plans for implementing AI solutions.
• Ability to travel 20%-30% to assess customer requirements and develop technical blueprints.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's, PhD, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent technical field.
