Technical Staff Engineer - Product Line Marketing

Responsibilities

• Define new USB and connectivity semiconductor products based on direct customer engagement and system requirements
• Develop and own Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and drive alignment with engineering on architecture and features
• Interface directly with key OEMs, Tier 1 customers, and ecosystem partners to capture system-level requirements
• Lead product launches, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market readiness
• Partner with sales and FAE teams to drive pipeline growth and provide technical training on product differentiation
• Conduct competitive analysis of the USB and connectivity landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Applications Engineering
• Extensive experience within the semiconductor industry
• Proven ability to translate customer system requirements into technical product definitions
• Strong understanding of system-level design and customer applications

• Hands-on experience with USB technologies
• Technical expertise in connectivity solutions
• Experience influencing cross-functional global teams
