Technical Staff Engineer - Applications

Responsibilities

• Support Ethernet, PCIe, and USB products within the Networking Communication Group to ensure customer success.
• Coordinate with the global sales organization to provide necessary technical materials and answer customer inquiries.
• Generate and present technical training materials to customers, distributors, partners, and internal support teams.
• Create technical collateral including Application Notes, Knowledgebase Articles, Technical Training Slides, and Implementation Manuals.
• Identify gaps in current enablement materials and proactively develop solutions to address them.
• Provide high-level requirements to development teams to improve customer experience during new product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols and wired signaling concepts.
• Proven experience in customer support and customer enablement.
• Proficiency in technical training techniques for both large and small groups.
• Knowledge of program and project management techniques.
