Technical Specialist (Technical Associate)

Responsibilities

• Maintain machines to meet production output, quality, and waste metrics
• Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning, servicing, and part replacement
• Troubleshoot machine and tool failures to meet production targets and safety standards
• Execute product and machine changeovers via tool/die changes and machine set-ups
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and machine enhancements
• Write Standard Work Instructions and procedures for assigned processes
• Participate in training and coaching for technicians and new hires
• Assist engineers with continuous improvement (CI) activities

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification
• 2-5 years of experience in machine troubleshooting and mechanical preventive maintenance
• Ability to work a permanent 12-hour night shift (7pm to 7am) on a 3/4/4/3 shift pattern
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
