Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training and handle qualification of inspectors
• Perform technical review of inspection reports
• Provide technical support to the Customer Service Team
• Review and monitor technical documents such as SOP and WI
• Perform field assessments of internal inspectors and announced audits
• Provide technical training to agents, vendors, and factories
• Handle daily equipment calibration and internal calibration follow-ups
• Support QA coordinator in setting up internal calibration procedures
• Support management during technical meetings with customers
• Act as a back-up for inspections to secure business continuity
• Substitute for the Technical Supervisor or direct manager when required

Requirements

• College or University degree in a related inspection category
• At least 3 years of experience in related inspection activities
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Proficient computer knowledge
