Technical Specialist, Fusion

Responsibilities

• Serve as a French-speaking product expert to support the sales team
• Develop deep knowledge of Fusion Industry Cloud and communicate its value to diverse users
• Build strong customer relationships to drive Fusion adoption and understand specific needs
• Design solution workflows, deliver effective demonstrations, and support technical closure
• Represent Autodesk through articles, presentations, and social media engagement
• Share customer feedback with Marketing and Product Development to improve offerings

Requirements

• Strong design background, ideally in consumer products or industrial machinery
• Experience with 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, NX) and simulation tools
• Experience using PLM tools to improve collaboration in new product introduction (NPI)
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English
• Experience as an application engineer or sales engineer
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering, or equivalent related experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Fusion, Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER, or Siemens NX
