Technical Specialist (Equine)

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical reference in the equine market to generate demand through strategic relationships with clients, prospects, and industry influencers.
• Conduct technical visits to strategic prospects and high-potential clients to implement ADM solutions.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with breeders, consultants, veterinarians, and key influencers.
• Deliver technical training, lectures, and workshops for distributors, sales representatives, and customers regarding equine nutrition.
• Provide periodic technical monitoring for active clients to identify nutritional improvements and optimize animal performance.
• Support the commercial team in strategic negotiations by providing technical expertise.
• Develop personalized nutritional plans for high-potential clients based on specific operational needs.
• Monitor product performance in the field and collect technical data for continuous solution improvement.
• Represent ADM at industry fairs, technical events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Zootechnics, or a related field.
• Proven technical experience and knowledge in the equine market, specifically in animal nutrition or health.
• Consultative profile with strong relationship management and market development skills.
• Availability for frequent travel throughout the state of São Paulo.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Preference for candidates residing in São Paulo, Campinas, Sorocaba, or the surrounding region.
