Technical Specialist, Conformity of Product

Responsibilities

• Ensure product and process compliance through documentation and audits
• Support Control Plan creation and perform routine audits
• Represent the Quality Department in cross-functional teams for product development
• Analyze torque results and calculate updates to torque parameters
• Perform root cause analysis on internal quality data trends
• Monitor and support corrective action implementation
• Create standard operations and lead continuous improvement activities
• Provide training and guidance to general assembly staff on quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in automotive production and quality control
• Hands-on experience with technical analysis and screw joint parameters
• In-depth knowledge of automotive processes, assembly tools, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in DMAIC methodologies
• Experience with VDA standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quality Management software
• Valid driver's license and passport for travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Greenfield or Brownfield Automotive facility launch experience
• Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification
