Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance to customers regarding technical queries and issues
• Manage and maintain assigned incident queues, ensuring regular updates to customers
• Monitor and manage incident backlog and aged calls within defined service levels
• Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
• Address technical issues end-to-end, including deployment, configuration, backups, archiving, restores, replication, and performance benchmarking
• Troubleshoot across various technologies including on-prem hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V), containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industry-based experience using enterprise-level platforms and applications
• Proficiency in English is required
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, or German
• Solid technical foundation in Operating Systems (Wintel or Unix/Linux)
• Strong networking troubleshooting skills and sound troubleshooting methodology
• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy
