Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for customers regarding the Axalta Refinish portfolio.
• Support and monitor existing customers, ensuring accurate data for distributor technicians and strategic end users.
• Implement and install technical solutions aligned with commercial agreements to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Promote product ranges, technical campaigns, and new offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and deliver technical demonstrations and professional training sessions for distributors, body shops, and customers.
• Conduct technical audits and on-site assessments, managing complaints and recommending corrective actions.
• Produce detailed technical analyses and activity reports for internal management.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in automotive refinish, bodywork, paint, or chemistry.
• Advanced knowledge in paint application, colorimetry, and vehicle refinishing processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive collision repair, technical support, or a comparable role.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the North-East Italy territory (approximately 75% of the time).
• Proven experience in delivering technical training and coaching diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital tools, IT systems, and company software.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and interpersonal communication skills.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 gross per year.
