Technical Specialist Audio

Responsibilities

• Execute the precise installation, operation, and strike of advanced audiovisual equipment for events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues rapidly during live events to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide world-class customer service by maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Supervise and lead other technicians during events to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Mentor and coach technical, sales, and operational team members to foster skill development.
• Manage equipment maintenance, including preparation, secure storage, transport, and inventory management.
• Adhere to all company safety and security protocols to protect both personnel and equipment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of specialized experience in audiovisual technology.
• Proven experience in project management involving multiple tasks and initiatives.
• Strong professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and senior executives.
• Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry (3 to 5 years preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audiovisual technology or an equivalent field.
