About the role

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions for Global Banking and Markets.
  • Develop and deliver Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Design Documents, Use Cases, and Process Models.
  • Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and workflow mockups using a UX-focused product mindset.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support Trading and Sales desks by resolving trade booking issues, pricing discrepancies, and production incidents.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology throughout all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Participate in project planning, progress monitoring, and financial reviews to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of practical experience in UI design for web-based and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency with UI prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
  • Experience working across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery roles and managing backlogs.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week to support trading and sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or Unix tools.
  • Experience managing projects that span changes in front, middle, or back-office systems.
  • Understanding of banking application systems from both a business and technical viewpoint.
