Technical Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to source key electrical commodities and critical components
• Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and expedite production components for NPI builds
• Research and qualify new suppliers to expand the supply base
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and shorten delivery lead times
• Navigate and manage complex, multi-layer BOMs
• Monitor supplier performance and track actual vs. planned costs (PPV)
• Partner with operations stakeholders to maintain accurate BoM cost updates
• Verify and coordinate NDA status with suppliers

Requirements

• Strong technical or electronics background
• Experience in EE component sourcing
• Degree, HNC, or equivalent in an Engineering or Technical subject
• Experience applying budgeting and cost control techniques in complex environments
• Advanced knowledge of cost management techniques
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems
