Technical Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial lead for critical network hardware systems and products
• Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives and build robust supplier relationships
• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies across Connectivity, Optical, and Backbone
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, and business awards
• Own and implement master supply agreements and statements of work
• Drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing to support NPI to mass production transitions
• Optimize total cost of ownership for global infrastructure

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills
• Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders

• Master's degree in a technical, engineering field, or Business Administration
