Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent, including software engineers, ML/AI specialists, and data engineers
• Partner closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Craft personalized outreach to engage passive and highly specialized technical talent
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor by providing market insights and calibrating candidate profiles
• Conduct talent market research, competitive intelligence, and industry mapping
• Leverage AI-enabled research tools and automation workflows to improve pipeline efficiency
• Maintain organized candidate data within ATS and CRM systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting for software or AI/ML companies
• Deep proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday
• Ability to understand technical concepts like distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and analyzing funnel metrics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for compelling candidate messaging

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing AI/ML researchers, data scientists, or adjacent specializations
• Familiarity with ad tech or the programmatic advertising ecosystem
