Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership and technical recruiters to understand hiring priorities and support critical technical roles.
• Proactively source, engage, and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates for open positions across assigned engineering teams.
• Develop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to increase employee referrals for high-priority roles.
• Leverage various channels including social platforms, professional networks, and industry communities to connect with candidates.
• Track and optimize sourcing effectiveness by measuring response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
• Maintain strong recruiting hygiene by accurately documenting all activity in Greenhouse.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a technology company, startup, or agency environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical candidates effectively.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, recruiting platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Demonstrated grit, persistence, and intellectual curiosity.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and solve problems.
