We are building a non-invasive, ultrasound-based device that can stimulate and image the brain at high resolution and depth, integrating cutting-edge hardware, software, and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source for highly technical roles across the company, primarily engineers and scientists
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, trade offs, and hiring priorities
• Translate ambiguous or evolving role definitions into clear sourcing strategies
• Identify, research, and engage candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach
• Go deep on profiles and technical signal to distinguish real expertise from surface-level experience
• Share market insights and candidate feedback to help refine role definition and hiring strategy
• Continuously improve sourcing approaches, tools, and workflows

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industry experience in technical sourcing
• Experience sourcing highly technical roles, primarily engineering
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex systems and technologies
• Excellent pattern recognition and judgment for evaluating candidate signal
• Demonstrated ability to source for niche or ambiguous roles
• Strong search strategy skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, research papers, and conferences
• Ability to engage and build relationships with highly technical candidates
• High level of organization and ability to own sourcing efforts end-to-end
