Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Build and own top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles, focusing on niche hardware/silicon and AI/ML engineering profiles
• Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, conferences, and Boolean/X-ray search
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate role requirements into precise candidate profiles
• Run compelling, personalized outreach to engage passive senior talent
• Conduct initial outreach calls to assess interest, motivation, and high-level fit
• Maintain meticulous data hygiene in Greenhouse and report on pipeline health and conversion rates
• Build talent maps of target companies and competitors to inform proactive hiring strategy

Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in technical/engineering roles
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through advanced techniques
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to learn new technical domains quickly
• Excellent written communication skills for personalized outreach
• Highly organized and data-driven approach to managing candidates and priorities
• Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS
• Experience sourcing for hardware, silicon, or AI infrastructure companies
