Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Own the top-of-funnel candidate journey from first touch through initial interviews to ensure a smooth and personal experience
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and craft compelling job descriptions
• Source niche technical talent through online communities, referrals, and creative research methods
• Coordinate interviews and maintain seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to strengthen the company's employer brand
• Assist leadership in developing recruitment strategies and tracking key metrics to optimize hiring processes

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People/HR Operations
• Proven track record in technical sourcing with the ability to find niche talent
• Proficiency in G Suite for producing analytics, documentation, and workflow materials
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) optimization
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment
• Ability to work onsite in Seal Beach, CA
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Basic understanding of scientific and technical concepts in Aerospace
• Experience with ATS and HRIS implementation
• Experience using Gem or Rippling
