Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Leverage data and market research to refine sourcing strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company
• Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, or sourcing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous vehicles recruiting
• Experience in enterprise software recruiting
