Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements for each role
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience at a reputable software company
• Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, or sourcing
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for autonomous vehicles or enterprise software industries
