Responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipelines for hard technical searches including engineering and science roles
• Own top-of-funnel activities: market mapping, channel development, outreach, and first qualification
• Execute personalized, content-led outreach campaigns that convert into screens
• Build long-term talent infrastructure including talent pools, nurture sequences, and new sourcing channels
• Partner directly with hiring managers and the Talent team to calibrate searches

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience on niche engineering, research, or infrastructure profiles
• Advanced research craft using GitHub, academic papers, patents, and conference talks
• Proven ability to write high-converting, personalized outreach
• Data-driven approach to optimizing sourcing funnels
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in the San Francisco office
• Proficiency with an AI-native sourcing stack including semantic search and automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for CUDA, C++, or high-performance computing (HPC) profiles
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
