Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, clear, and high-quality technical support to advertisers and internal sales stakeholders
• Troubleshoot complex ad setup, tracking, and performance issues across X Ads products
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues
• Identify recurring issues and propose solutions, new tooling, and automation opportunities
• Create clear documentation, FAQs, and support content
• Monitor support metrics and campaign performance data to improve advertiser experience
• Relay technical campaign insights to Sales partners in a business-friendly manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or ad operations
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Terminal, and BigQuery
• Experience with online advertising tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, or Tealium)
• Experience with website pixels and conversion tracking
• Background in AdTech or the social media ecosystem
• Ability to work 5 days per week from the Dublin office
