Technical Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction
• Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements for AI/ML workloads
• Oversee end-to-end execution of complex programs, including resource management and risk assessment
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering to influence product strategy
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, operations, support, and sales teams
• Identify and proactively manage program risks and issues
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success and effectiveness
• Drive operational improvements to enhance speed and quality

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, customer success, or professional services delivery
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and AI/ML applications
• Proven track record of coordinating multiple teams for complex, long-running projects
• Experience with Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, and high-performance computing
• Strong written and asynchronous communication skills
