Technical Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver full end-to-end technical implementation projects for Vyntra's transaction intelligence platform
• Design, configure and deploy integrations and technical solutions to required quality standards
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and advise on best practices
• Troubleshoot issues across customer environments, integrations and deployments
• Provide service and support at levels 1/2/3 where needed
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Presales, Sales and R&D teams
• Participate in pre-sales activities including proof-of-concepts and technical discussions where required

Requirements

• Strong hands-on technical implementation or support experience
• Good Linux knowledge and comfort working in Linux environments daily
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PySpark or Bash
• Database knowledge including SQL and scripting to extract/manipulate data
• Exposure to integrations, APIs and distributed systems
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with technologies such as ElasticSearch, Oracle, MSSQL or MariaDB
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or other regulated environments
• Additional language skills
