Responsibilities

• Design and drive end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers, from scoping through delivery
• Coordinate across engineering, product, clinical, and customer teams to keep enterprise integrations and deployments on track
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and resolve them
• Build lightweight program management processes suitable for a fast-moving engineering team
• Manage the cadence of engineering planning and track progress
• Work directly with enterprise customers' technical teams to architect integration solutions and define requirements
• Drive incident response coordination and postmortem follow-through
• Contribute to scaling deployment and solutions practices through processes and tooling

Requirements

• Experience owning complex technical programs end-to-end
• Ability to read system design docs and understand deployment pipelines
• Experience scoping solutions for enterprise customers and coordinating across teams
• Familiarity with Python, Go, TypeScript, or React
• Understanding of AWS, distributed systems, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in a TPM, solutions architect, or technical deployment role at a scale-up or high-growth startup
