Technical Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and analyze field service data to identify insights for operational improvement
• Analyze technical service request data to identify root causes and implement reduction strategies
• Review and test various technical solution methods to provide feedback for improvement
• Monitor potential quality issues and historical call data to ensure service excellence
• Evaluate employee work performance and provide feedback to supervisors for call quality improvement
• Resolve issues and provide timely resolutions for both internal and external operations
• Conduct data analysis on field service, counseling, and call data for accuracy and validation
• Participate in case studies to identify failure points and drive process improvements
• Communicate findings and objectives through regular meetings with leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Business Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and database management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision in a fast-paced environment
• High level of creativity in data analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing operational needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Applied Science related to Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Electronics fields
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
