Technical Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead mandatory framework migrations for Solid 5 customers
• Autonomously manage complex L2 technical escalations
• Identify and escalate technical issues via Jira for product development
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and data investigation using SQL
• Maintain oversight of Windows components and installation processes for on-premise applications
• Resolve complex functional queries regarding transport driver wage calculations and infringement regulations
• Provide actionable insights to the product team based on recurring issue investigations

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Expert knowledge of Windows-based infrastructures and installation processes
• Previous experience in L2 technical support for legacy, on-premise software
• Understanding of transport industry wage calculations and infringement regulations
• Ability to manage high-level technical escalations independently
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dutch
