About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat to answer technical questions about solar systems.
- Troubleshoot solar systems remotely to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Manage and follow up on open service tickets, collaborating with homeowners, field partners, and internal managers.
- Determine when to escalate cases to dispatch or client-facing teams for remediation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and technical support workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot solar systems remotely.
- Strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at our office in Escazú Village, San José.
- Availability to work within US Pacific Time business hours, with potential for weekend shifts as the company grows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Knowledge of solar storage systems.
- Experience with PPA, SREC, or PTO.
