Responsibilities

• Review customer-submitted site photos and documentation to determine installation feasibility
• Collaborate with customers to clarify site details and finalize installation configurations
• Interpret and apply relevant electrical codes to ensure safe and compliant installations
• Create detailed, specialty drawings for off-nominal or complex installation scenarios
• Document and communicate installation requirements and potential issues to internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of site survey reviews and customer interactions
• Occasionally conduct in-person site surveys to resolve complex issues or verify site conditions
• Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams
• Identify and suggest improvements to the site survey review process

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in site survey review, electrical installation, or related technical field
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and installation best practices
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and creating detailed diagrams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret visual data from photographs and site documentation
• Experience with solar, battery, or EV charger installations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficient with computer software and documentation tools
