Technical Site Supervisor HVAC or Electrical

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate HVAC (HKLS) or electrical trades on construction sites from the client's perspective
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs
• Collaborate closely with planning teams, clients, and executing companies
• Document construction progress and participate in site meetings and inspections
• Work within interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical site supervision or management of HVAC or electrical trades
• Completed training in technical building equipment, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or energy technology
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to construction sites in Austria
• Very good German language skills; English is an advantage
• Proficiency with digital tools such as AutoCAD or Revit is ideal
• Interest in BIM and integral working methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Knowledge of sustainable construction and climate-neutral project implementation
