About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and integrate all technical aspects of the microelectronics program lifecycle
- Attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert
- Serve as a liaison between performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government, and transition partners
- Review and provide analysis on technical reports, data, and performer approaches
- Develop program presentations, including Program Management Reviews
- Provide reach-back support for systems integration, design, modeling, simulation, and data analytics
- Examine emerging technology trends and literary sources related to the program
Requirements
- Active and maintained TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or a relevant Engineering field
- 4+ years of experience in device physics, circuit design, circuit simulation, or computer vision
- 2+ years of experience with characterization tools (SEM, TEM, AFM, probe stations) and test equipment
- 2+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary R&D or Test & Evaluation (T&E) teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical field
- Experience with LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or Verilog/VHDL
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, or generative models
- Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC), including requirements and CONOPS
- Knowledge of supply chain security and trusted microelectronics
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
