Technical Services - TDP/Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured rotational program covering Ready-Mix operations, including Safety, Plant Management, Quality Control, Dispatch, and more.
• Uphold safety excellence by adhering to and promoting strict company safety protocols.
• Engage in project-based learning to understand the relationships between business lines like Aggregates, Cement, and Supply Chain.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, formal training sessions, and professional mentorship.
• Contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement within operational processes.
• Build a professional network by connecting with peers, mentors, and leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• Recent bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 (preference for 3.0 or higher).
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. as required by program rotations.
• Previous experience through internships, co-op programs, or university projects is preferred.
