Technical Services Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support for medical diagnostic product development and production
• Maintain quality system effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance
• Execute complex, non-routine tasks involving equipment and procedures using judgment and creativity
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and research
• Interpret and create technical documentation, drawings, and test procedures
• Support engineering teams with prototypes, testing, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field
